I had been obese my whole life. It was something that disturbed me in the back of my mind but somehow I had learnt to accept it. I thought it was who I was and it was never going to change.

However all this changed when my best friend Charlotte asked me to be her maid of honour at her wedding. This was when my heart sank. I didn’t want to disappoint her so I happily agreed. However I was dreading having to stand up in front of everyone to give a speech.

I felt ugly and ashamed of being overweight. Thankfully the wedding was a good 6 months away so I thought I’d have plenty of time to get into shape and look amazing. I really thought I could lose 30 pounds in 3 months.

But the days, turned to weeks and the weeks turned months and I did nothing except get heavier and heavier. Instead of reaching my goal to lose 30 pounds, I’d gained 10 pounds.

The wedding day arrived and it was a complete disaster. My duty as maid of honour was to make sure that I kept the bride as comfortable as possible but instead I was too self absorbed to even care. I was breaking down, feeling ashamed and ugly. I just didn’t have the courage to give the speech. I had lost all my confidence. I was shaking with embarrassment and so knowing that I couldn’t give the speech I left.

It was the worst day of my life. I had let both my best friend and myself down.

It was there and then, that I made the decision to forget everything and completely focus upon this one goal to learn everything I need to know to lose 30 pounds in two months, perhaps even lose 30 pounds in a month.

I had the drive, so I went head first into trying to lose the ugly fat on my body.

However the journey wasn’t easy. I went from one method to the next, getting little or no results. Losing 30 pounds was harder than I first thought. I tried weight loss pills, I tried all the famous diets like Atkins, and South Beach.

But nothing seemed to work to help me learn how to lose 30 pounds in 2 months.

However I didn’t give up, and I kept at it.

Then one night everything changed…

I came home from work and started to look into ways to help me find out how can I lose 30 pounds in 2 months, and as I was searching Google, I came across a site that claimed to help you lose all your excess weight by following simple but effective strategies.

Looking at all the amazing testimonials (seriously check the site) I bought the guide straightaway. Thank goodness I did , I literally spent the whole night going through it.

The guide (fat loss 4 idiots) taught you everything you needed to know on how to lose 2 pounds a week. There were also many techniques to lose 30 pounds in 2 months. All in simple and easy to follow instructions. It was amazing.

One thing I didn’t like about the guide and something that I would’ve found helpful, is if they’d included some kind of community section where everyone who got the guide could hang out and support each other on our ‘how to lose 30 pounds’ weight loss journey’s.

Having said that, it has to be the best fat loss and health guides that I have come across, (and I’ve read quite a few since then). It really explains everything that you need to know in simple to follow step by step instructions.

I learned how to lose 30 pounds in 2 months, and currently have lost over 70 pounds with the (fat loss 4 idiots) program. I am currently 130 pounds and training to run the marathon this year. I really hope that my journey to losing 30 pounds has been helpful and inspiring. The guide was really helpful to me and completely changed my life.
